Anyone here ever try a 12 volt heated jacket?

I have a 7.4 battery powered jacket... but the heat it generates isnt really enough for anything colder than today.

I was looking for an upgrade and ran across this- a 12 volt, bike-battery connected heater jacket with 7 removable heating panels that can be used in other jackets. 0-135 degrees in 3 or 4 seconds- seems awesome.

Anyone ever use one?

Never knew there were heated jackets. Wouldn’t you sweat your ass off in that?

I don't know anything about heated jackets, but I can't pass up the chance to go full Gortex.

I would use it for the motorcycle exclusively.
The one I have now only has one heat panel on the back, 2 on the chest- works ok, but my arms and neck freeze.

...although there have been 4 or 5 nights over the past decade where I would have killed to have a jacket like that.
I work outside and 99% of the time coveralls and a good jacket works...and then there are the brutal dislike 50 with windchill nights where life is hell!

I wish I had one for the winter classic years ago in Ann Arbor. Took me days to recover from the cold lol. Sometimes I go shooting outdoors in the winter it also would come in handy but I usually just wear a hoodie. Just not a coat guy probably cause I’m Harry ass mother ****** lol
