To me honestly it’s all about the GM. They build
that foundation that HC’s work with. I have to trust their draft process/ideaology and ensure they are good with the cap. No impulsive FA contracts on vets etc…There is just so many moving pieces to their position.

I place much less value in the HC compared to GM. Coaches coach.
