Don't you hurt the copyright with this? I'm pretty sure well known slogans are proctected, like "Just Do It" from Nike.

You need to check the trademark office, not the copyright office.

Addidas most likely has it trademarked

If it didn't pass trademark/copyright, teespring would have flagged it for removal. I have already had a White Sox design flagged for removal instantly as I submitted it.
