Who do you guys think Thibs is going to start at the 2 spot?

I think it will be Brewer because Rip hasnt had enough time to catch on too the season. The one thing that worries me about this is that I heard one reason Thibs didnt switch Brewer for Bogans once Brewer was healthy was because it makes it look like Bogans is doing something wrong.

I hope Rip starts with Rose, dont get me wrong I love Ronnie but Rip brings a lot more offense than Brewer and I dont know how much more defenses will honor Brewer more than they did Bogans.

Start Rip, have Ronnie Brewer play a good 18 mins a game with Kyle coming in when needed some threes. Richard Hamilton gives the Bulls the best overall chance of winning.

If Rip isn't "ready" by the beginning then don't start him yet. I don't see why he wouldnt though. At some point though Rip becomes the starter.

Dude, Brewer & Hamilton will be a nice mix at the 2 guard. I'm happier everytime I think about it.

See ya Bog'Nasty. lol

It just worries me that whoever starts at the beginning will probably start til the end of the season unless theres an injury etc

This situation may be a little different though with Rip. It's not like this is Bogans/Brewer/Korver clash for the SG spot. More than likely it will be Rip after maybe the first two games at the worst. That unless he would still be having trouble getting the sets & plays in general down at that point.

It doesn't matter who starts. Hamilton will get his minutes. It's all about who finishes games and Hamilton will do that once he gets the system down. But if he doesn't know the sets, it makes no sense in him starting and messing up the sets when he admitted he was confused with them at the moment.

Quit playing GM boys, enjoy the game. This isn't high school, the starter doesn't matter, as long as the matchups and floor chemistry is maximized.

Hopefully Brewer and Rip get some time at the 3 to give Lu some kind of rest!!

We have this guy that we drafted who has been blowing Rose away as far as IQ, skill and promise. He could be another Taj-like rookie. Hmmm... we seem to keep forgetting about him. But that's good, I also don't want to hype him up, it will take him a few games to be productive, and even more games to get into a good form.

I just dont really see him seeing very many minutes. Thibs rides his vets. I will go out on a limb and say he might see a stint in the DLeague so that he can see some playing time.. I hope I am wrong and you are right though!!

Thibodeau said Ronnie Brewer starts at shooting guard vs. Pacers. Will make determination if Rip plays after shootaround. #Bulls

Thibs developed Asik. JJ might have reminded him too much of Rasheed, plus JJ wasn't a rookie, he just acted like one LMAO

True! I forgot about Asik! But we have a shit ton of wing players I just think he only sees garbage time unless we have a injury. Hopefully its Korver lol....

I like JJ, but he just didn't fit with us. He was a good guy that made too many bonehead mistakes. If we played uptempo and didn't rely so heavily on zone coverages, JJ would have been okay.
