The Sears Family and Friends sale is one of our favorite seasonal sales. In previous years there have been some extraordinary deals available that are as good or better than their Black Friday counterparts.

This year, Sears Family and Friends Sale is in-store, Sunday, November 14th from 6PM to 9PM . The exception is electronics, those prices are good the entire day.

Get Three Games for the Price of Two at Amazon

After the success of their earlier sale, Amazon is once again offering a Get Three Games for the Price of Two on over 800 video-games!

Includes games over seven different platforms, ranging from the just released (Fallout: New Vegas, Star Wars: Force Unleashed II, Rock Band 3, Medal of Honor) to classics at a bargain (Forza Motorsport 3, Bayonetta, Left 4 Dead 2). You can mix and match games across all consoles; you must add all three games to your cart and begin the check-out process to see the discount (lowest priced game will be free).

Sale lasts through Saturday, November 6th, but more popular games may go out-of-stock. Regardless, it's a sure-fire way to get some of your Holiday shopping done early!

Walmarts Amazing Electronics Sale
Walmart is bringing back their Amazing Electronics Event Sale this Saturday, November 6, available both in-store and online!

Last year, Walmart had the same sale where they had multiple items either at or below Black Friday prices. Last year's hot item was the Xbox 360 w/ $50 gift-card, which was not available on Black Friday. This year, the same thing could be true about the PlayStation 3 320GB Console w/ Move Bundle & Bonus $50 eGift Card for $399.

We'll have more in-depth information about the sale items as the week progresses, but for now, here is a list of the featured items on sale:

The sale starts at 8am in-stores, online hours are currently TBD. If the past is any indication, we expect the online sale to start in the early morning hours of Saturday, well before the in-store sale starts. If this is the case, we recommend shopping online first and then going to the store to pick up any items you may have missed out on.

Best Buys Shop Early, Save Big Friday-Saturday Sale
We hinted earlier about the possibility of more retailers joining the weekend sale fray, which is exactly what Best Buy is doing with their Shop Early, Save Big Sale starting this Friday, November 5 and lasting through Saturday, Nov 6.

I know a lot of people are saying, "a sale on Friday? But I have to work!" We agree and think it's an interesting move on Best Buy's part, but it appears they will be holding some stock for Saturday, so people unable to attend the Friday sale will still have a chance for all the items.

Best Buy appears to be directly targeting Walmart's sale by offering the Dynex 32" 720p LCD HDTV for $259.99 ($40 cheaper than Walmart's 32" Vizio price) and the Gateway eMachines 15.6" Laptop w/ 2GB RAM, 250GB HDD and Windows 7 for $279.99 ($10 cheaper than Walmart's offering, but also a higher quality laptop).

My older sister lives near Orlando...she typically gets 95% of her Christmas shopping done in 10 hours...from 4am to 2pm on Black Friday...she's organized, prepared, and has a helluva plan laid out...takes her 2-3 days to prepare for it, but says she typically gets $1200 worth of Christmas gifts for about $500-650...

Black Friday is sooooo boss if you can manage it.
