Here's what I see, they are giving up about 3.5 more shots a game, which is the biggest difference. and with save percentage about .910.. that's roughtly 1 in ten shots. or an extra goal about every 3 games. That's about 27 more goals this year, but they actually only gave up 17 more.... so limit the shots, fix the PK, and get the PP back on track. I'm actually surprised it's at 4th with as bad as it has looked of late. Unless I missed the game where they were good?

Yeah, my bad, when I looked him up they had the thing truncated to only showing the stats from this year and last.I knew it didn't seem right, maybe I was just looking for an excuse of his poor play.

Honestly, the most tell-tale stat above is the PK. I think this has been our achilles heel all year. So many times that a dumb penalty turned into a game-changing goal against on the PK, driving momentum the other direction. I can't name specific games... It's just something I've noticed all year.



We really need to get that PK under control for the playoffs to have a fighting chance.

There is one stat difference that just stood out to me, and that was the pk. The others were I think reasonable, I don't consider them huge swings, except for that.



Also, when will the Hawks be able to score at least once on a 5 on 3? Seriously.
