I've heard Kolek, Aiken, and Rondon are their top interests.

Miami is rumoured to go for a hitter, whichever the best pitcher left is on the market Hahn will snag.

Definitely pitching, center fielder with some power, SS because Alexi is getting old. I really have no ideas about baseball drafting but I love what Hahn has been doing so things are looking up.

The short-stop is likely going to come from Latin America. The US really is behind fielding wise to the Latin infielders. Pitching, though is what they absolutel
need and the good thing is that they are not afraid to bring a stud up if he is ready.

I think Aiken will be gone. I say Jackson (C/OF), Rodon,Koller. One of those 3 would be nice. Nola from LSU would be ok. Sounds like a safety net guy. A guy that can do what Sale did. Same year drafted come in and pitch in the bullpen or be in the rotation next year. But all I heard was that he is a safe pick. Floor as a 3rd starter and ceiling as a 3rd starter.

But how nice a 100mph right handed thrower with nice CB and SL would be for Cooper to work with and for a team to face a day after they faced Sale. Of course I am talking about Kolek.

100mph is really nice, but how many 6'5" 250 18yr olds grow up to be 300lb 25yr olds :nervous:? Its really tough to trust that they will be able to keep Koller in shape once he's getting paid millions. Bobby Jenks with the #3 pick would not be a good thing.

Well he got more in shape according to people. I dont think he will have trouble staying in shape. He might get into better shape with professional training and help. Also he will get help from nutritionists. Things he didn't have in high school and ate Texas food all the time. Personally I would rather get Rodon or Aiken. Aiken preferably but he will be gone.

why? Bigger guy has less of a chance getting blown out. Who do you want if both Aiken and Rodon are gone?

They are saying he's one of the most ready, 2 years or less. Nola supposedly is the most ready of all.
