This is not only pessimistic, but also incorrect.

There will be 2 parades in June, and another around Halloween when the Cubs beat the Sox.

Well I do own a goat farm in Utah.

Let's see:
Derek Rose gets scared by a kid on Hallowe'en and is gone for the year.
The Bears are stuck in the cellar for another year as McCaskey doesn't die (hey, it worked for the Blackhawks).
The Cubs and Sox managers refuse to grow facial hair thus dooming them both to not winning a title this coming season (See also: Guillen, Jackson, Ditka, and Quenneville).
The Fire actually vie for a playoff spot in the East.
Crawford is not moved in this coming offseason, causing every bandwagon blackhawks fan to blow a gasket.
