Paxson is the third longest serving executive in the NBA currently. Pop and Riley are ahead of him. They have 7 rings and 10 Finals appearances between them. Paxson has zero.
Behind Paxson is Danny Ainge (also started in 2003) and Donn Nelson (Dallas, started in 2005). They each have one ring and two total Finals appearances.
Paxson still is at zero.

They're good, but even the best make mistakes.
Wiggins is a bad defender, a streaky shooter, and doesn't offer much anywhere else. At his price point, he is extremely overrated.
Reading T-Wolves' fans thoughts about this move, they seem thrilled. A lot of comments talking about how he consistently looked lost on defense, lazy on offense, etc. I read a story about how his basketball IQ was so low that his coaches made him watch film to better understand how the game is to be played, and he was caught playing video games instead.
The guy has showed almost 0 improvement in 5 years.
I think GS fell in love with athleticism, and they're gonna suffer as a result, I'm predicting.
