If the Bears part ways with Eberflus here are some potential replacements...

1. Mike Vrabel

I'd like to see Bears hire an offensive minded head coach but Vrabel is one of the expectations imo. He ran a good running game and defense with the Titans and would probably hire a pretty good staff to help develop Williams.

2. Bobby Slowik

Excited to see him call plays next week against the Bears he's done a great job as OC and developing CJ Stroud.

3. Ben Johnson

He seems to be waiting for the right opportunity before taking a head coach gig hopefully Williams can prove he's a good choice for a good OC like Johnson.

Johnson is getting the most of Jared Goff so he makes the most sense

Based on the first game, the only 2 reasons anyone would want Flus gone would be if 1) you don't like his selection of Waldron or 2) you feel that he is interfering with Waldron.

I wasn't happy with the play calling either on Sunday, but I do assume they were being made by the offensive and defensive coordinators.

I'm not happy to see the amount of snaps Kmet and Everett got.

No it’s not.
What game did you watch? Last time I checked, Da Bears won it.

Any OC would have had an overly simple game plan for a rookie QB. Chicken littles all running around they the sky is falling.

It’s the first game and we’re 1-0. Let the season play out.

You can't deny Flus' influence on bringing the defense back to life. Until I see evidence of him NOT calling plays on D, and if it results in them stinking it up, then we can talk about replacing Flus. But until then, it really is too early. You're also dealing with a rookie QB (I dont care he's the #1 pick), you have a new system, new players all around the offense.

If anything, it's Poles that should be on the hot seat for taking the back seat on improving the OLine. Getting 90 year old guys and late rounders doesnt show me his "need" for improving the OLine.

I actually think Flus is a better coach than people give him credit for, and one thing for certain is that the team plays for him. We can all laugh and roll our eyes at the HITS thing, and his meatballness, but GMs and owners seem to like it, and the players are paying attention. Jaylon Johnson was demoted in TC under Flus and look at him now.

If we can keep him away from the GM, I would hire Bill Belichick.

Yeah this is gonna get a lot of hate on here.
