Big comeback for Sweden against a loaded team Canada to take them to overtime and secure at least a point.

Tonight at 7 on ESPN US vs. Finland in Montreal. Then I think they move games to Boston.

The pacing is just super charged. It's crazy to see top line 4th lines... You can't look away because everyone is so skilled they are always making plays and every shot can be a goal. The goaltending was outstanding and their were still 7 goals. 57 combined shots, and a goal every 7.7 shots.... we'll see if things settle down tonight.

Yeah I thought Gustavsson looked really good. Game should be starting soon, so I better hurry up and go on a beer run.

Tkachuk Brothers blow it wide open. Fun to see them on the line together and glad the coach made the change

"Scouts?"
Hagel said he blacked out but he looked like he had a paralytic arm.

Brady was good to get his head up before he got face planted. Good instincts plus experience.

This is fun, these guys know how to entertain.
Its gonna be Uhlmark vs Hellybuk for the glory.

This was just a preview.

If Sweden had beat Finland we could have advanced them by losing badly.

As it stands that only works if Finland can pull a draw with Canada so bank on a 60 minute win for Canada but root for Teuvo and Finland.

Canada definitely has a defensive blue line issue without Makars speed. Uhlmark at his best is as good as there has ever been, but he's been figuring it out and battling nagging injuries with the Senators and doesn't have his recent confidence.

I hope that the US can be full strength Thursday. Going to be a hell of a game in the Garden.

Other than Linus being on Sweden...lol.

We have a defensive +Hellybuk advantage, but we still may need three goals in regulation against a fast and offensively talented team Canada.

Gonna take everything we got. Whatever happens I think the world is officially on notice USA hockey is second to nobody and can win any tournament they hold over the next 8 years.
