Life goes at the speed of sound. I was 19 yesterday.

If I got one piece of advice for young people... to piggyback on Monster and really echo what he already said...

For ****'s sake learn a skill. Gain a skill or specialized knowledge you can base a career off of.

For ****'s sake don't rely on selling your body for labor or menial office shit forever.

****, labor jobs can be great cause you can make good money and have low responsibilities and be outside if you want. But there will come a time when it starts to wreck your body and affect your health. There will come a time when you are kinda in trouble.

I have several friends in the trades that are hitting their mid 30's. None of them want to run a small business and so they are basically in a crisis cause their bodies are giving out but they don't know what else to do.
