I was at the game today! Free due to having it postponed yesterday. As a very casual Fire fan, I enjoyed the game, but I do have a question. They were only allowing people to sit in one half of the stadium, and probably not showing the other half. Is this a common occurrence? Or was it just bc it was an Open Cup game like my friend said?

No it's not common. They were saving money by only opening up one side of the stAdium and it looked better having everybody on one side.

Wednesday night.....drink a lot of malort in the rain waiting for the match....... Thursday, drink more malort and tote two kids (2 & under 1) to the game.

Wish they would have cancelled the Wednesday match earlier though since Stanley Cup Game 1 was on and there wasn't going to be a Fire game anyway. Got to watch the 1st period in the press box anyway.
