My guess is guys who have no shot + little interest in being brought back to PS and at a spot with deep depth (a rb, prob another wr, an ol)

Only "surpsise" i could see is pennell if they have him as not making the 53 and giving him a chance to catch on with someone else early....but id still be surprised as he should be kept until the end of cuts as injury insurance up front

If there is going to be a surprise veteran cut, it should happen soon since teams out of respect give the player a chance to catch on with another team sooner rather than later.
