Both teams score the same amount of goals and both teams give up the same amount of goals; are we going to see a shootout in regulation? Has Emery been given the net for the stretch run or will Emery hand it back over to Crawford? I think a shootout in regulation will lead to shootout in extra time.

Should be a high scoring game. If I end up watching this at Ton's house then we will lose. Hawks record when watching at his house is like 1-20 dating back to 2008.

Anderson's injured, is why. Lehner is the backup now, and last I recall, he had a shutout in his last game.



He's 3-0 with a shutout, a .954 save % and a 1.33 GAA... For a 20 y/o, that's not that bad... BUT.... from what I've seen of his prior history, he's also prone to be lit up like a Christmas tree.



In other words, we have a shot of blowing this one if we're not careful, but we can win if we pepper this guy with different shots. We all know how we fare against "backups", but I still have faith we can win this one...

I am not providing seedings. Seeding does not matter until there is a tournament and that does not happen until the end of the season.

Hawks are playing a rookie goalie they've never faced, and hasn't played much at all in the NHL. So naturally the kid has the game of his life and will make 30+ saves and hold us under 2 goals. Seems like that always happens.

Lehner is a very good goaltender. Hope the Hawks can solve him, this kid is the future for Ottawa.
