Blackhawks look to break a three game skid versus the lowly Blue Jackets. The Blackhawks’ top guns were shut down in their last game against the Blues and everyone is wondering when will the so called depth that was acquired over the summer is going to show up.

Will coach Q stay with his new lines he introduced on Tuesday or will we see more line tinkering this game?

Lose this and I am going to pee on someones feet.

P.S. I desperately need points from my Hawks players and solid game by Crawford (if he starts) for my money league. Last 2 games have been killers.

IMO the depth showed up last game (at least the last game we scored in) in the form of Kruger/Frolik... I think it's time the top guns put together a better performance.

Also, that gif is freaking hilarious!

Bolland

Sharp

Brunette

If these 3 guys can muster up a goal or two in this game I will be happy. They have gone a little sour in that department lately (no need to mention Brunettes non goal scoring). Wake these 3 guys up and all is good. Also need to get some of the blueliners on the scoresheet. Seabs, Keith need to get those goals. That's a Q mistake as we should all be aware of the odd pairings and the lack of blueliners on the PP.

Hawks just haven't showed line balance yet and defensive pairing balance. That's the key to getting the top guns going again. Can't really complain about Kane or Hossa these guys have had their strong games and aren't going to score every single one. Toews needs to get back on track and that comes from proper wingers, I would like to see Sharp stay on with him for more than a couple games. If not Sharp then you gotta put Kane up there..but that's the center issue. We are due for another Sharp positive streak..hopefully that starts up again tomorrow. We have streaky players on this team..that's no secret.

Q places Scott on the first line with Toews. Brunette centers the second line with Stålberg and Lepistö. Sharp is paired up with O'Donnell on D.

Just win damnit!

Do you think the lackluster play is due to the team being sick and tired of Q's tinkering? I'm asking honestly, the thought occurred to me yesterday and all I can think is maybe.

As for tonight's game, we need to win this one, I dont care how just win.

( new holland dragons milk if you are playing at home. http://newhollandbrew.com/beer/high-gravity-series/dragons-milk-ale-aged-in-oak-barrels/ ) i'll enjoy this game one way or the other.

also predicting a dorsett/carcillo bout along with a wiz/mayers bout.

I think Brunette should be paired with O'Donnell on D. We need some speed on D.

Looks like Bolland is out. I actually really like this line-up, finally Kruger gets a chance with some better players. Hope the kid does well, rewarded being on the 2nd PP unit too -- which looks atrocious, why the hell is Montador playing the wing? We have 3 D-men on ONE PP unit... this shouldn't be that difficult!!!! Our first unit is stacked for no reason, you don't need Hossa, Sharp, Toews, and Kane all together.

No worries. These lines will probably only last about 5 minutes.

To be honest, I have no clue. But he's out, could have to do with the shot to the ankle he took.
