Nine players were added to the Chicago Blackhawks roster yesterday afternoon.

Forwards Jimmy Hayes[/b], Jeremy Morin[/b], Brandon Pirri[/b], and Ben Smith[/b], along with defenseman Ryan Stanton[/b], Adam Clendening[/b], Shawn Lalonde[/b], and veteran Steve Montador[/b], and lastly goaltender Henrik Karlsson[/b] were among the players called up.

The Rockford IceHogs made a valiant effort to make a push for the playoffs, but came up short as the Milwaukee Admirals edged them out after winning their last game of the season.

Hayes, Morin, Pirri, Smith, Stanton, and Lalonde are expected to suit up in the Blackhawks final regular-season game vs. the St. Louis Blues.

EDITOR'S NOTE: Carter Hutton was recalled earlier in the week, and will stay with the team as a Black Ace.[/i]

Hayes, Morin, Pirri, Smith, Clendening, LaLonde, Montador, Karlsson look like this years Black Aces. Stanton and Hutton too, but I think they were called up before. Thought it made sense to make a thread.

Thanks for posting this, I have been busy all week but had been wondering.

I wish we could leave 2, 7, 8, 10, 19, 20, 30, 32, 36, 50, 81 and 88 home and never even let St.Loser (particularly Back-ass and Barrett Jackoff) have a chance to take a run at them. Maybe 65 too as he gets the crap kicked out of him every game and just seems to bounce back....grin.

I feel the exact same way. Q likes changes, why not let Corey just play half the game and give a rookie some NHL net time? Or maybe that's the plan.

I don't think JT, Hossa, Sharp, Kane, and Keith are playing. Maybe Hjarlmarsson.

Seabrook is playing

The Blues will be playing for home ice in the first round. Hope they have to travel to California or BC for their first playoff game, though not sure about BC, need to check the Blues, Kings and Sharks ROWs.

Edit: If the Sharks beat the Kings in OT or SO, ant the Blues lose in regulation, the Blues will start the Playoffs in Vancouver.

I think the telling part of all this is the fact that Beach isn't one of the Black Aces.
