GameSpot TV talked with NBA 2K11 producer Erick Boenich about the "Jordan Challenge." The footage shown is from the "Shrug" challenge in Game 1 of the 1992 NBA Finals vs. the Portland Trail Blazers. The setting is the old Chicago Stadium, which is disappointingly called Bulls Arena in the game. Michael Jordan hit six 3-pointers in the first half in this contest and after his sixth 3-pointer, Jordan turned to the NBC television crew and gave the shrug.

There will be four goals for this particular challenge.
Goal 1: Score 35+ points in the first half
Goal 2: Make 6+ threes in the first half
Goal 3: Hold Drexler to under 20 points
Goal 4: Win the Game

I. must. cop. this.

Even though 2k10 disappointed they lured me in with Jordan.

Funny, I have that D. Rose jersey for my avatar too, lol.

Yeah, 2K10 was a big disappointment, too many glitches. I didn't like 2K9 either.

So it's been a while since I've enjoyed NBA 2K. I think this year will change things.
