I have an able-bodied guy about 47 years old living next door on public aid.
He hasn't worked in 5+ years and doesn't even try to find a job. Why that **** don't they look into these cases.
I'm sure these gov't agencies would say it's too costly (can't afford the manpower to check) but the money saved by kicking these parasites off gov't cheese would be well worth it. It make me sick they keep raising our association fees because "some owners haven't been paying".

I thought you were talking about someone who really is like a baby. I helped a girl for a short time at one of the schools who was like 13, but had to wear diapers and be fed and she had baby toys. This little girl was developmentally disabled and really needed financial assistance. This guy is just nuts.
