Advantage against old coach?

This question was a poll during the bucks game and I think it´s quite interesting.

Do you think a team has a little advantage when it´s playing against its old coach?

Funk said it´s because of knowing his systems.

not too many of our players are from the skiles era. Kirk, Deng, Tyrus(do you really believe tyrus knows skiles' system?) and noah(only barely). I think skiles has a pretty decent knowledge of our player's strengths. For that reason, i'd give skiles the edge.
