Okay, so I wanted to get some more opinions on this advertising package that I got.

There is the link to the deal I worked with them.
Now, I have a couple questions...
Is this a good deal? I want to hear it is, but if it isn't, please let me know, so I don't make the same mistake twice.
In the deal, it mentions a webpage. It was supposed to be up by 11/22. I have yet to see it. Should I ask for money back? More on-air exposure?
It also says I was supposed to get 25 promotional mentions last week... I didn't hear a single one. Nor did anyone else that I have talked to. What should I do there?
