After hearing that there's an episode of Ancient Aliens coming on soon about how the dinosaurs were exterminated by the aliens, it got me thinking & this is what I came up with:
The dinosaurs were the original aliens. When the next "generation" of aliens found out about the dinosaurs on this planet, they viewed them as competition. In 208,000,000 BC all hell broke loose when the 2nd gen aliens came to earth & started probing the dinosaurs (especially T-Rex for some reason) and the dinos didn't care for all this probing (who likes getting probed?), so they fought back by just eating these other aliens. Once they finished off eating their competition, there was a peace treaty signed in 207,960,000 BC.
That treaty came to a halt though in 207,000,000 BC when the aliens came back to get revenge on the dinosaurs for eating their relatives 1 million years earlier. It was a long, hard fought battle between the 2 alien species & is known today by inner circles as "The Great Galactic War". As history proves though, the aliens (who were from Mars), designed a nuclear weapon, disguised as an Asteroid. Once the earth sized nuke was dropped, it was obviously the end of the war & the dinosaur species (Mars aliens took some POW, like the T-Rex and Giraffatitan, both of whom are still living on Mars & have reproduced to create the Giraffarex, which is 1 fucked up looking animal (Chris Bosh)).
After the Mars aliens won the war, they decided that was enough war for them for a couple million years & decided that in 2013 AC, they would come back to earth for some more revenge. Prepare yourselves.
