who do you think the coaches will pick. As of now, the starters are rose, wade, lebron, amare, and howard.

Rondo is a shoe in as a reserve. After that, who else would the coaches pick? pierce? will noah be back by then? given how poorly the bucks have performed and how hyped the bulls are, if he wasn't injured, he might have been the back up center. In terms of pf, i'm not sure i know of a better candidate than boozer. With lee gone, boozer seems like the lead candidate as a reserve. Does anyone know if kg's having a good year?

KG and Boozer will get in. Rondo will get in, Felton might also seeing as he's been playing really well for new york, Bosh is getting in. Shaq also. Someone from ATL I'm not sure about anyone else.

i dont think the coaches will vote shaq in. he's been average at best. bogut has outplayed him this year, and he's the clear favorite with noah out. The only other person i could imagine playing back up center besides bogut, is horford.

Yeah, I hear you, but Shaq has played well in his role for Boston and that could earn him a spot.

Its too bad Noah got hurt. This was definitely his year. I think the reserve PF spot will be between Bosh and Boozer. Boozer has the #s but missing like 17 games will hurt his chances IMO. But yeah Bostons big 3 always have a shot. Maybe Felton because of the Ny love and the emergence of the Knicker******s.

Shaq ain't making the reserves. That's ridiculous. Coaches are not going to pick him even if it's Doc Rivers coaching. Boozer should make it. Despite missing 17 games, no one can discount the year he's been having thus far. He's 20-10 any given night. Pierce & Rondo are locks. Bogut and/or Horford should make it as well. Bosh probably will too. Felton is a ? but he's had a good year & he'll probably make it if KG can't go.

Carlos boozer will probably end up getting in.
Over Chris bosh. The reason why I say boozer is because, he has the better stats than him. If Derrick rose and Carlos boozer were to get in, that will be sweet. We will have two Chicago Bulls in the All-Star game.

Boozer's not going to get in. Not because I don't want him to, but because Bosh is most likely going to get picked by coaches

I think they're going to lean heavily on the better teams:

Rondo
Felton
Horford
Pierce
Boozer
Bosh
Allen

exactly. Carlos boozer has been just as efficient, or better than Chris bosh.
Carlos boozer is averaging 10 rebounds per game. While, Chris bosh averaging eight. Carlos boozer TS% 58 Chris bosh TS% 56

Carlos boozer
PER: 21.78

Chris bosh
PER: 19.69

My favorite teams
  1. Chicago Cubs
  1. Chicago Bulls
  2. Golden State Warriors
  1. Chicago Bears
  1. Chicago Blackhawks
Probably 3 of the Celtics big 4 get in. Maybe leave KG out due to injury or Allen out if Felton makes it. Then again, I believe the Pistons had 4 in a year once. Other than them, hopefully Boozer over Bosh and Noah over Bogut. I can see Horford making it since he has some pretty good numbers.

assuming Rose-Wade-James-Stoudemire-Howard are the starters:

(not incl. Melo)

6. Pierce
7. Rondo
8. Garnett
9. Horford
10. Smith
11. Bosh
12. Boozer

And, if it was up to me, this is what the West would look like:

C- Duncan
F- Nowitzki
F- Durant
G- Bryant
G- Paul
------------
6. Williams
7. Anthony (?)
8. Westbrook
9. P. Gasol
10. Ginobili
11. Griffin
12. Aldridge

not: Love, Curry, Ellis, Gordon, Nash

No way do they only have one guard off the bench.

Al Horford could very well get in. He is very efficient scorer and a good player.

Agreed, even though you could slip Pierce to the 2 in a pinch. Felton has serious shot of making the team imho. Josh Smith is not going to be an all-star & probably never will.
