This is some incredible footage, I've been watching every video, he gets pretty close to the action.

It is some amazing footage, but for some reason it bothered me when the guy was asking the ambulance guy about Tim and after the reply he said "great, that's actually the story I'm out here to get".



I'm bothered by this because it seems that the story of the tragedy has all of a sudden outweigh the violence going on. Why is a reporter out there to cover the death of a reporter instead of the story that reporter was trying to get. It doesn't sit right with me.

Yeah it does seem like it is a needless distraction. But watching the rest of the videos, I didn't hear him talk about Tim once. Some of the videos are pointless, he really should sift out the pointless from the juicy.

I think he's using his channel as a clearinghouse and just uploading all his raw vids for posterity.

Jove I read your blog post very good. I think the rebels in the mountains below Tripoli have the best shot to break through. But I still think it will take some time. Even with a degraded Libyan army. They still need better weapons.
