Kagaroo meat is good provided you like a gamey flavor. I ate in when I was in London. Borough Market used to have a shop that sold exotic meats that you could cook yourself and also cooked/grilled some on the weekends. They had Kangaroo, Zebra, Wildebeest and Ostrich burgers and steaks.

i eat kangaroo sausages all the time.. they are okay.. kangaroo has a gamey hint like remy mentioned..

i havent seen this story.. most here probably wouldnt care... maybe its the pole that rubs some ppl the wrong way.. but peeps killing roos everyday here.. by car, but normally via a rifle... mainly killed for being a pest on farms..but also for food..
