While he may not draw technical fouls for his guys to the refs, he's been propping them up in the media. He's been actively campaigning for Rose for ROY since the season started. It's nice to see him pushing so hard for the award all year round for his guy. I think that means a lot to the players.

He's a players coach and IMO I feel the players like playing for him now. That wasn't the case when the season started but I think the players will go to bat for Vinny

We have the Asst needed for him too and I think Del and Bernie are going to help a lot more next year. Everything takes time in life
