Awesome Antti Niemi was born in Vantaa, I live in Vantaa too. Began career in hockey Kiekko-Vantaa Finland. Then he played in the Pelicans Lahti, that is Finland too . Is now approaching its final position with the team Blackhawks.We must remember that the last win is the hardest to take.
I hope and believe that Hawks can do that!

Niemi has been a beast in the goal for us and kept the team in it by cutting down on rebounds and NOT giving up that goal that puts us 2 behind. Right now he's the hottest of the 4 remaining net-minders. If he keeps this up we will prevail !
