Any advice to get out of a parking ticket?

So I parked in a culdesac in Midway back in March and racked up $325 in parking tickets. My car was parked there for 3 days. I didn't see any signs saying no parking and my friend assured me that she always parked there so it wouldnt be a problem. I left my car there (by her house) cause she gave me a ride to a college for the weekend. I sent all the tickets in to appeal them in court and they immediately took 2 of the 4 tickets away on the receipt they gave back. So now the total is only $175. My court date is in a few days and I was gonna go tomorrow and take pictures of the spot I parked to show that I can park there. Although the big ticket was for parking within 15' of a fire hydrant (didnt know that, I thought it was like 5'). The other was being too far from the curb.

Any points I should bring up? I'm just hoping the judge is cool and tells me to settle for less money and pay it. Any way I could get away with taking a picture of my car parked in a different spot and just lie? I mean I'm sure the cop didn't take pictures when he measured how far I was from the hydrant. Although my word vs him, he'll always win.

Any input would help, thanks.

Forge a new identity, preferably one of a famous dead rapper/felon. This is your only option.

Pay the fine, as common sense dictates a fire truck needs more than 5'.

The city needs your hard earned $$.

within 15 ft of a hydrant? wtf?

So if a hydrant is at the curb, you are talkin about 30ft of street you can't park on? That seems crazy.

I'm beginning to enjoy that title...nonetheless any idiot unable to use common sense when parking at an airport was fortunate not to be towed.

And flogged....

Short skirt and cleavage seems to work for woman, but I haven't found a trick for us of the male gender :(
