So I recently picked up a 2019 KLX 250 camo edition to tool around with. I mostly bought it to ride down back roads and ditches and whatnot during my lunch break with a buddy of mine. (He went and grabbed a DRZ400)

I haven't owned a bike in about 25 years. I switched to 4wheelers after the military and really hadn't looked back since. (You can ride longer and carry more gear) I swore off street bikes simply for the fact that after cellphones became popular, nobody pays attention when they drive anymore. Most of the people I work with that have bikes have been hit by people or had them pull out in front of them. Heck, one guy had a deer run into him while riding his goldwing IN TOWN!. None the less, with the intent of riding mostly off road, I pulled the trigger. (Plus, have you seen the new camo edition KLX? It's pretty sexy). I figured I'd ride more often if I could legally ride the streets to my destination.

Anyone else here ride? This 250 is a lil bit of a pooch. But... I'm not looking to go any louder, so a new exhaust is probably out of the question. Any tricks or fun things you guys like to do when riding in town or urban areas?

Nice bike.
If you are ever in dirty snow or in smog in China, no one will see you because of the gray camo. I also had a hard time telling if there was even a bike inside the bed of your gray truck, it blended so well!
