So today we had five rabbits, three I would say about a year old and two that were adults.

They decided that my front yard was the best place to dig up.

I shooed them away half a dozen times before I got a spray to get and put that all around fthe perimiteter and underneath my wooden deck.

Tonight, they came back to the yard and continued on the main hole. I almost couldn't scare them away and forced the spray on one of them.

What I thought were moles (and yes I sprayed them extra good) turns out after some research that they are babies. They were fully slimy so I think the mother was litterally in the process of giving birth.

I guess I can call wildlife preservation (I really don't want to kill them) but at the same time....argh!!!

I guess is there away to get the babies and the momma and get them out of here without hurting them legally?

You're kind of screwed, because there is no real middle-ground between potentially killing them and just letting them stay. I know two home-type remedies that can work, but no promises.

Black pepper. I never had luck with black pepper, but I know some credible people that swear by it.

Mark the territory. Yep, piss in their area. This does work a bit better IMO. I just don't know if the mother will leave the bunnies before they are done nursing.

First off Crys you are CCS' Most Intersting Man in the World

After I posted it I somehow cared about animals and am going to wait it out. About a month it seems. Oh well. Lol

I just take the DIY approach to everything. So whatever I know and learn, I don't mind passing on.

Good luck with those rabbits. They aren't too bad, unless your garden is small, then they'll eat everything before one of their natural predators chase them off.
