I like to make it difficult. Simmed through a few seasons, building a team of made up soley of American players. Surprisingly i have a pretty solid team, the only bitch of it is, if when you need to fill a gap via a trade, its rather difficult to try and find american players that fit your need, and you have to make do. (current roster)

For the most part my defense corps sucks. my draftee defenders are all rated 78 or below. Yandle 84 Johnson 91.
Quick is rated 89 my forwards are solid (only one is below 80).
Skille is a wierd bird in this game, Ive had Be a gm careers, where he burst out and hits 90, and then careers like this one where he never breaks 84 or so.
