No I am not worried at all. Chicago lost this game in the last few minutes. Remember how shitty the bulls have been playing this playoff run? They are stepping their game up and starting to play as a unit. They are not going to come out in game 5 flat like they did in nearly all of round 1 and the first game of this series. Boozer is picking his play up, rose seems incapable of having a game like he did tonight in front of the UC fans. Get a decent game from Deng and Korver and the bulls will bury the hawks.

No. They just to have to shoot better. Korver was a steaming pile of dung tonight...

Atlanta ties the series at 2. All of a sudden, the Bulls lost the series.

If anything, we have learned that losses have been the Bulls best friend this season. For some annoying reason, the team has constantly lowered their standards after a win. They may not lower their standards a whole lot, but in a game 4 scenario, you need to find that extra gear all around.

I liked Boozer's confidense on offense, and a decent game on defense(for him). I didn't like Noah's energy late in the game.
I didn't like C.J. Watson at all here, and if he would have brought more energy off the bench, then Rose could actually rest instead of forcing himself.
I loved Taj, and I think he should have been used more AFTER he built some momentum.
I don't like that Kurt sat the game, because he would have helped slow down the game when we needed to get our composure the most.
Kyle can make contested shots, but he should have been red flagged sooner than later, because he clearly wasn't feeling it tonight.
Aside from one REAL flaw from Asik, he was outstanding, and I think the Bulls have to rely on him more in second chance situations. They didn't, instead the gameplan was to reset the plays on fresh 24s, which is only good when you have a 10+ lead, not when the opponent is gathering themselves quick enough to adjust their defense.
Rose is the MVP, so he can do whatever he wants, but it does bother me that he fails to follow up high FG% games with another one, he should know better by the 3rd quarter.
Bogans should have sat for the rest of the game after tweaking his ankle. His jitters in the second half allowed Atlanta to regain confidence and use him as an open door.
And Deng clearly has fits when he has to play Smith for the entire game, there should have been some adjustments made, if not because of the matchup, Thibs should have recognized that Deng needs a break too.
Brewer needed a few more minutes here too. He hasn't had the chance to get his style of game going this series, and one would think that his length and athleticism would be ideal against Joe Johnson.

This is what's troubling. Every time a Hawks player goes off, the Bulls are in trouble unless Rose also goes off. This is the trajectory emerging from this series. So, lets say the Bulls make adjustments against Josh Smith and this leaves Horford open. This is actually worse since Horford is probably a better player than Smith. You cant keep losing when one of their starters has a big game and keep saying we'll make adjustments for the next game.

Not only that, but Boozer having a big game again is far from a guarantee. Tonight's game from Boozer was wasted.

This is why I don't care about Boozers numbers, as long as we win.

The Bulls need to put a f**** body in the middle of the lane in transition and they'll be fine. It was a bad defensive performance and they didn't dominate the glass like they normally do. Stop Josh Smith and you basically stop the Hawks (unless they are hitting ridiculous, contested shots that you can live with).

That makes no sense but whatever makes you feel better.

It means that he doesn't like pointing out weak areas during wins. And my guess is because he likes to focus on the positive; obviously they did things right if there was a win... it makes plenty of sense.

They have to beat us again at home, which they won't do. So, no.

All that's happened is a 7 game series has turned into a 3 game series. Now obviously since the Bulls are a much better team than the Hawks reducing the length of the series is bad because it allows for more variance to hurt you, but the Bulls are still heavy favourites to win from here.

No. The Bulls are still the better and more disciplined team.
