This was a movie I initially didn’t think needed to be made. But I was dead wrong. Very different take and one of my favorite Batman’s ever. Maybe my favorite.

I was just visiting with my stepson. He said it was pretty good outside of a few cringe moments. Will most likely give it a watch soon.

Loved it my first viewing. Liked it less my second time. I think as a one time cinematic experience, its wonderful but it's far from rewatchable imo.

If they move forward with Reeves and Pattinson in a trilogy(they should), they need to seriously inject some more tones into the movie because i found it to be entirely one note. I got sort of distracted with how every single character talked low and slow for 2/3 of the movie, even during times where you'd expect a little more energy in the dialog. They could have cut 30 min out of this one.

I thought it was awesome. 9.5/10. I even have this slightly better than The Dark Knight. I loved the detective/mystery angle to it and that it was truly a Batman movie vs a "Bruce Wayne movie with batman in it".

It felt like a Super Hero movie fused with SE7EN, which is one of my favorite movies so I may be slightly biased. I am a huge marvel fan boy and have always hated DC movies.
