Fisch needs help figuring out pictures and stuff :D

I think they split the series. Hopefully the two that I actually attend.

A split would be nice but I'll say the Cubs take just 1

Id be surprised if we lost this series. I think we should at least tie it, to me the Brewers are not all that good.

We should definitely win one or both of the first two and we can sneak one of the last two away and at least split the series.

That might not be all that good, but they do have a clear edge in talent. Particularly when comparing lineups. I think starting pitching is pretty even throughout the series and the Brewers seem to be an opponent where you can throw the records out the window so to speak. I wouldn't be surprised if we split, but I am not expecting it by any means.

They are definitely better but it's at home and their backend pitching is definitely worse.

1b ss cf and c are black holes offensively. I like our matchups pitching wise in this series.

Then again wood and marmol are on the team.

Should be a good series, good luck to you guys.

Brewers will be fine this season. Cards lineup was tough, and Lynn was pretty impressive. He was throwing 96 all game, and he was a RP his whole career.

Here is how I see it playing out:

Marcum vs Volstad

I see the Brewers having a clear advantage here. Volstad is not very good, and Marcum has owned the Cubs in his career, and he was 2-0 with a sub 2 ERA vs them last year. Wind is supposed to be blowing out at a good 20-25 mph clip tho, and he is a fly ball pitcher.

I see Braunie and A-Ram both hitting HR's for the Brewers and Soto doing some damage for the Cubs.

Brewers: 5
Cubs: 3

Game 2:

Chris Narveson vs Paul Maholm

This should go either way. Both pitchers arent very good, and the Brewers have had plenty of success vs Maholm in their career. I see this as a high scoring game, and I think the Cubs take this one.

Cubs: 7
Brewers: 5

Game 3:

Gallardo vs Dempster

I think we see the real Gallardo show up this game. He struggled vs STL, but STL has hammered him in his career (7 ERA, and 16 ERA last 3 starts) Brewers don't get to Dempster often, but they score enough to win.

Brewers: 4
Cubs: 1

Game 4:

Greinke vs Garza

Should be a pitchers duel, and A-Ram hits the go-ahead HR in the 9th off Marmol.

Brewers: 3
Cubs: 2

Brewers win 3/4. Could go either way tho, just my predictions.

Also, do you guys think Cubs fans will boo A-Ram, or will he get a standing o? Just curious.

I think some idiots will boo but hopefully enough fans realize how good of a player he was and will give him a polite ovation.

At best its a split.

To you the Brewers are not all that good, but neither are the cubs. just an FYI.

The lineup in itself for the brewers is much better than the cubs.

Braun should not even be in the line-up. He's a lucky bastard. ARAM should not get boo, but Braun should.

if it was a cubs player in the exact same situation than you would be singing a different tune.

I think pretty much everyone who isn't a fan of the Brewers is going to be booing Braun. Just to be fair, that is. I won't waste my energy booing him though, MLB deserves egg on its face for getting tripped up on a technicality

I would be happy that the player got off, but I would look different at the player.

I did it with Sosa and he was my favorite player. After that, I looked completely different at him.
