Are moving screens still illegal in the NBA?

I'm watching the Sixers/Pacers game while waiting for the Bulls and it seems like not a possession goes by that Roy Hibbert does not set a moving screen, sometimes 3 or 4 in a single possession. Is not legal now, or the refs just don't care, or what?

I think its more of the refs don't care sometimes as much but you still see them called from time to time.

It my time playing basketball I thought it was one of the most frustrating calls. Sometimes you get absolutely blasted and there is no call, and sometimes you set a great one and you get called. All depends what the refs sees.

Nope. They don't call traveling much anymore either. And flops have become an art form in the NBA.
