You can do them all kinds of ways. I am a minimalist so I just use mayo and I hate mustard, but I think most people put mustard in them. Sometimes I will put real bacon bits on top of them. Here is a link to a site that has over 50 recipes.

I made some and they came out great!

Added some finely chopped celery from the garden to add a bit of crunch. Mmmmmmmm
