I'm not a Sox fan, so it really doesn't matter to me, but I think the Sox should trade him. I think that because of his recent injuries. Also, they should try and get something for him. I know he's not making much, but they will still save some money and can go after Soriano. However, I would not trade him, unless the offer is one I can't pass up.

I would offer arbitration, and see what happens. Either way I think it is a win-win situation. Putz won't make much in 11' if the Sox do offer arb, and if he turns down the arbitration offer, the Sox could get a compenation pick. So, I think either way will have a nice solution.

I wanted Putz to stay with the White Sox, but I'll get to see him play at Chase Field, since I live in Phoenix! Of course, I probably would have gotten to see him play either way, since the Sox and D-backs go at it for 3 games during Inter-League Play in June. I'm looking forward to seeing all 3 games!

I have some great things to look forward to next season with the new trades, so far...Spring Training games, my favorite team playing my second favorite team (I'll be wearing my Sox hat and jersey to Chase Field), and hopefully a road trip to see the Sox play the Angels in Anaheim.

I go almost every year to ST for a week, I love AZ. And I miss Tucson
