What are options going down to?

I still think Richardson would be awesome to have, but with butler going to LAC, do we want Crawford?

whoops, AS*

I'm not big on either one. But if I had to choose between those to, I would take Crawford for bench scoring.

We had Crawford once, id rather not have him again, i think Richardson would be the best option, but i also think trading for a GOOD SG would be the best option

They aren't super yet. Kobe is up there in age and as of now Bynum is still there and his health is as big if an unknown as anyone. They've still got a couple moves to make but long term getting Paul is huge. Got an elite pg to build around when Kobe is done

It does look more like they will "wait" for Richardson to come to them.
(Paxson...you an idiot for that "waiting" line.)

My inside sources tell me they are in contact with JR Smith's agent in regards to payng five hundre thousand dollars for China to release him to the custody of PaxGar and coach Thibbs...The 500 thousand will be deducted off of JR Smiths Bulls contract.

the Bulls need to start thinking big and they need to start thinking fast.

We can't "let the market come to us."

The Lakers are going out there and looking to make trades for some of the best players in the league. The Heat are going out courting solid players. The Knicks are on the verge of adding a good C in Chandler and possible adding another solid player by next off-season.

The Bulls are just making one phone call and seeing how it plays out... Even our best player isn't trying to recruit.

we gotta find a way to do something big. Not bring in an average SG.

J rich is pretty damn good. Consistent shooter and will only be better on a good team like the Bulls.

J Rich is win hungry. He is a very different player now, than he was in his Isiah Rider(not a star, but bigger than life ego) years.

Is your inside source inside your head?

Just like TMac wasn't going to sign with the Bulls because he wasn't promised a shot at starting or getting big bucks. Then what does he do? Signs with Atlanta who already has the best tweener-guard in the league for a tiny contract.

Or just like Butler had the Bulls at #1 to take a pay hit just to play along side with Rose and try to win again. Then he takes double from the Clippers who still have a lot of hurdles to overcome.

Jason could very well go after the money, but for some reason, I don't rule him out of taking the role we give him for the money we can afford to pay him.

he could take the money with a good team too.

If the Rockets do end up trading Kmart to NO, they'll need a SG.. they'll also have a lot of cap space. they'll look to add Nene, but if they can't, they'll have room to offer both Dalembert and Richardson over 6 M a year.

or richardson can go back to ORL for about 8-9 M a year.

Richardson would be nice but this is the Bulls we're talking about.

You should know by now to not be suprised when they don't sign anyone, but only when the do make an average to good singing once ever 5 - 10 years.

Get with the program. How do you not know the formula?

1. Say free agent signing is #1 priority.

2. Stand pat and wait for them to come to you

3. Twiddle thumbs.

4. Watch patiently as every free agent signs with other teams.

5. Repeat step 3.

6. Sign Pargo/Bogans and say it was the plan all along.

7. Watch the Championships roll in.
