I love them shitz. It's my new favorite food/ingredient. I got one of those big ass bags of washed baby kale for like 3 bucks and have been eating the shit outta it.

I sautéed a whole bunch of it in olive oil, chopped garlic, cracked pepper & parmesan cheese, then mixed them into some mashed potatoes. Man dat shit was good.

I know ole will be up in here cuz he lives off of kale and strowbow but maybe some other people have recipes they use kale in? Tell me, I have a big bag of this shit and me wants to eats it.

I'm not unincluding(yeah, I made that up) you ole, please tell me how you eat all that kale, strongbro.

Like actual recipes, though, not just juicing.

P.s.- I couldn't believe the green looking hulk shits eating kale makes you have. I wish I had some light-yellow toilet paper so my poop looked blue. I just think blue poop would be way cooler.

I think I'm gonna stuff some chicken with it, not like a whole chicken with kale up its ass, like, butterflied chicken breast style. Maybe with some feta. Keep the suggestions coming, thanks!

Maybe when it gets cold in 4 months I'll make some Italian wedding soup with kale in it. Bet that'd be good on a cold Florida night.

Treat your Kale like Collard Greens. Here's something I came up with:

1. Saute a bunch of onions with olive oil, salt n peppa and red pepper flakes. Do this for about 20-25 min. Add BACON that has been chopped. Cook/Fry then drain off some of the bacon fat. Add two tablespoons tomato paste and cook for five minutes. Then add a 28 ounce can of crushed red tomatoes, three cloves of diced garlic, and a cup of cabernet. Let simmer for about 15 minutes. Add kale. Add more than you think you should. Cook for another 15-20 minutes while stirring every couple of minutes. Should be soft and wilted a bit. You will have overcooked if the kale disintegrates too easily in your mouth.

Dynamite side dish.

I like your ideas all good. I have moved on from Kale though. I now eat Beet Greens. Sautee them, roast the stems and the beets. I'm getting a couple of lbs of beet greens from the garden every week. Delicious, just like spinach but even healthier (and healthier than kale too)

Dang, thanks homie!

You really have to cook it that long, though? Maybe you aren't/don't use baby kale? When I sautéed the baby kale, they were done in no time, prolly 5 mins total. Either way, sounds good.

It's the onions that take most of the time.

I won't be draining off any bacon fat, friend. I will do the bacon first, then do the onions in the fat. BOOM. Bacon onions.
