My wife and I are thinking about having a child...which got me thinking about baby names...which made me wonder what you all named or will name your children. Doesn't have to be sports-related to be post-worthy...just curious.

For boys, we like: Noah, Clark, Olsen (believe it or not, she came up w/ these...and just hasn't realized the chi-sports connection yet)

For girls, I like Addison...she hasn't come up w/ any yet.

If its a boy why not carry your name over?

For girls I like English n' French names: Elizabeth, Chealsea, Belle, Brittnea, Chloe'

I just have one of each in the back of my head for some reason...
Because I'm a hopeless romantic, sheesh, get off my back, damn.
Jude for a boy and Kathryn for a girl. And I want a pair German Shepherds named Gretchen and Gertrude.

My first name is John. That's also my father's first name (we have different middle names). My older sister married a John, who's father is a John.

Probably not gonna have another John...Christmas is confusing enough as it is. haha

I like Chealsea and Chloe both, tho.

though I obviously never would...I've considered "Xavier" for a boy.

lol...don't hate Kayla...but my wife's name is Megan...so that's off the table...

Personally, my top two picks for a boy or girl are; Myles and Ariel. There are others like Doug, or Angie. Megan, Brittany. But personally, I wouldnt want my son to have my name. I want him to have his own identity, he would already have my lastname. But thats just me.
