I'z got it. I've had some shoulder stiffness/pain for about a week. Thurs and Fri I went to the chiropractor -- and they told me I had a muscle between my shoulder and neck that has twisted...and it will take some adjustments to work it out...

What do you fellers take for muscle pain? Aleve? Tylenol? Ibuprofin? What works for you? I take medicine as rarely as possible -- so when i have to take it, i'm sort of in the dark. I figure, what better advice than that I'll get from people i don't really know on the internet, most of which are still in school and could say anything just to **** w/ me?

Sounds legit.

My parents take ibuprofen or baby aspirin everyday. :dunno:

My dad's a nurse and he says when buying things like Alleve or Tylanol, look for the generic next to it. Its the same ingredients.

If its muscle pain, you want to take an anti-inflammatory like Ibuprofen or a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory like Naproxin.

Tylenol or acetaminophen (not sure if thats how you spell it - sorry) is for pain reduction only from what I understand.

Naproxen (aleve) is probably what i'm gonna switch to around lunch. Took a couple ibuprofen pills this morning. I'm only 26, but i feel like i'm 56 today...hate muscle pain.

Aleve always works for me.. Just take two of em..

Suggestions are legit, but honestly go to a real doctor. Chiropractors are pretty much voodoo dr's nowadays, it's pretty fucking hard to "twist a muscle around".

But dude...my chiropractor is 26, and f'in gorgeous. and flirty....and gorgeous....so....yeah...

I should tell her I've got a cramp IN MY PANTS!
