Bears had a full timeout, all they had to do was run the ball and try to get the ball aligned with the middle hash at least to make it a dead center kick. You've got a rookie kicker who has already missed, so you have to give him more him.

I'm actually very happy to see this incredibly stupid play. I hope this puts to rest the question of who is worse, Trubisky or Nagy.

Lovie Smith is the greatest offensive head coach the Bears have had in 20 years. Probably more.

I immediately thought of Trestman when that happened. What horrible play calling. What's the justification for not trying for more yards? That's indefensible.

Nagy is definitely starting to have some similarities to Trestman. Trying to pass 50+ times in a game, arrogant and stubborn, being cute etc. I’ve been saying for weeks this has the potential to be another 2014

In what was in all reality a must win game he...

Undermines the confidence of the QB by not trusting him to finish the drive
Undermines the confidence of the young kicker
Manages to lose the game in the most gut wrenching way
Crushes overall team spirit
...and takes the team out of any realistic chance for the division

Nagy should be canned. Sorry....hell 4 to 5 more yards on running the ball out of I formation and that kick is good.
