Anybody playing? Thoughts?

I downloaded it last night. It's alright, I haven't played a MP game in years and years, so I suck and don't know wtf I'm doing, but it's fun. I probably won't buy it because it's not really my thing. I just wanted to try it out. On the technical side it runs great. Everything maxed at a locked 60fps.

edit: i think ive had enough already. like i said its not my thing. plus its not fun when i can barley aim while everyone else seem to be able to run around like crazy firing off head shot at while. meanwhile when i finally do get a bead on someone they soak up bullets like a fucking sponge.

fyi, battlefield games can have a pretty high skill gap. You have to invest some time getting good and learning the maps. And once the game goes live, people will be rolling in premade squads with comms that can dominate. Lone wolfing can be fun in battlefield but can get boring pretty quick and be frustrating.

At the very least you got to eventually learn the maps, always join squads, and play the objectives. It can get really tactical and really fun once you get used to that. And if you get to know people and start running in premade squads with teamspeak or some shit, it can be a fuckin blast.

I hope I didn't make BF sound too regimented. All the stuff I talked about are skills/habits that will develop naturally just from playing and having fun.

Its good too, cause as you keep playing, you keep seeing progress in your gameplay unlike games like CoD which are much less tactical. In general, battlefield is a fucking awesome series.
