What do you all prefer? Which series is your favorite? Which are you playing now?

I've got COD Black Ops, Halo Reach, and Battlefield 3 recently, and i'm not sure which to start on...Probably not Black Ops -- I've played that one before...what do you all like the best?

My favorite teams
  1. Chicago Cubs
  1. Chicago Fire
  1. Chicago Bulls
  1. Chicago Bears
  1. Chicago Blackhawks
  1. Arizona Wildcats
I like call of duty...not for realism per say but for the fun factor.

Multiplayer is fun (also frustrating) and zombies mode is awesome

Where to begin.....

first off make Halo a xmas ornament.

COD is fun only because like 99% of people play it and its pretty mainstream. The graphics are ok, but the gameplay is horrendous. Its very very arcadish. If you are looking for a game with realism and amazing graphics BF3 is the way to go. Only issues really are the map times (can get long) and the size of the maps where you can go anywhere on the map, kinda the opposite of COD where it is specifically limited. A lot less no scoping unrealistic shit in BF3 plus there are a lot more things you can do and it isnt overwhelming like homefront.

out of the COD games you have black ops is probably the better one.

I recently changed over o BF3 as I find it much much better than COD. took me long enough!

Yeah, Halo was the shit back in the day, but that day was 8 years ago. ha.

I'm about 3 hrs into BF3...I like it, though it bugs me to play as different people throughout the game. Maps are long, but entertaining....and yeah, it's a LOT more difficult to just sit back and snipe ppl to clear areas.

The campaign is sweet for BF3!

I think CoD is a flaming piece of shit. Battlefield 2 was fun, but never played 3. I still prefer the Halo games though, even though the series has gone slightly downhill since Halo 2.

Hoping Halo 4 brings the series back.

Even though there are plenty of times when CoD pisses me off, I would have to say that I get most enjoyment from that series.

Battlefield/Medal of Honor is a very close second, though. To me, it just takes a little longer to level up (without cheating, of course) in BF3/MoH.

As far as Halo goes, I was late to the party on that series. I ended up getting Halo 3, Reach, and the anniversary edition of Combat Evolved. I haven't really played online in those games much. The single-player campaigns were more than enough. I didn't even get a 360 'til last year and that was because I got it on the cheap. Plus, the only reason why I really got one was because of the Gears of War series.

Black Ops is the last COD game I bought and I don't think I'll be buying another one.

I think Halo 4 will be good though.
