Does anyone else's tv say the Bears and Chiefs game is going to be blocked on fox? Says something about another channel owns the rights for this game????

yeah but the NFL blacks out the other channel for home games.
Since he's in the Packers region for the noon game, he's blacked out on Fox.
When the Bears are home, there is never another game on the other channel here.
