That's why Poles should start building stout DE line first. It's all start and end with it, ABSOLUTELY.

Its easily their greatest need but i hope people dont get so caught up on the offensive production and think they also dont need to focus on some upgrades at WR and OL.

That's why I love @HeHateMe trade back mock scenarios! The Bears could end up grabbing a ton of talent to infuse into the ready "most explosive offensive" in the league!

The Bears need a lot. they can select any position except QB or RB and probably make an improvement.

I 100% agree with you. I think the only offensive positions I'd say I'm good with heading into 2023 are QB, RB, TE1 and RG. I like how Jones has developed over the season at LT but I won't be upset if they tried upgrading there too.

On defense, there's only two guys I'm good with - Brisker and Johnson. Jackson is entirely a wait and see on how he recovers from his current injury. I prefer Johnson as CB2 (I'm admittedly lower on him than most Bears fans). There's no one on the defensive line I'd keep unless in a backup role. I'd try upgrading at every LB position though I do think Sanborn has exceeded expectations as an UDFA so I won't be upset if they gave him another year to see how he develops. I'd have Gordon entering the season as the 4th CB until he proves he belongs.
