I have no clue what Flores history is with OCs but if he can land a good one this would be the first coaching hire the Bears have made I have been excited about since I can remember. No clue what happened in Miami, unlike other posters who somehow have an inside source no clue if he has any huge ties to Watson (married to him is a ridiculous phrase to think is real so I won't use it), but I was super impressed with what he did in Miami.

Discipline? He himself doesn't have discipline. Feuding with fellow coaches. Feuding with players. Trying to fight opponents. Going through at least one OC a year.

There is enough smoke there to believe there's fire. Guy seems like a self-centered hot-head asshole. Seems like a worse version of Matt Patricia.
