$9m in 2025, nothing guaranteed past that. Not even sure the $9m is gtd.17 mil prob a guy who was going to be cut

I am hoping LG, Dalman at C, Rookie at RG.I wonder if they are thinking C or LG?
Your second paragraph is why I don’t mind at all. Clearly it was a guy Johnson wanted so it was a good move by Poles. Unlike Jackson hitting FA, Poles made it a guarantee to get one of Johnson’s guys.Initial thoughts - hope it turns out better than the trade for Bates. Seems like a similar situation where he's getting cut without a trade so probably could've signed him for less money.
My positive, irrational spin will be that he's familiar with Johnson, having played for the Lions. He was a pro bowl alternate in 2022. Will almost certainly be a better player than whoever Poles would've drafted in the 6th. Hopefully this is just the beginning of the offensive line makeover.

Cool, I'm not saying it's going to work out, just low investment.Played 4 games last year
Put him wherever he is a better player. I’d guess that would be LG.I wonder if they are thinking C or LG?
