Beef Liver Recipes

I've got a whole grassfed beef liver (that is a LOT of liver)

I've made pate, but nothing else as my wife is not a big liver eater, yet finds this to be pretty palatable.

Anyone got some killer liver recipes to share?

Put it in the oven at like 350 degrees for like 25 seconds with some Bell Peppers and then consume it basically raw.

Either that or salt the **** out of it, put it in a 400 degree oven for like 35 hours and then consume the embers remaining on the baking sheet.

it's actually a taste i've now aquired and it's super nutritious. Kind of like the holy grail of the paleo diet.

Thanks, I never thought of that. Loved haggis when i was in scotland. Great bar food, especially when it's breaded/deepfried like they do with everything there.
