I agree. But I’ve been making turkey tacos lately and was pleasantly surprised with how good they are

A good fish taco is fantastic.

It needs to be good white fish tho. Halibut, Mahi Mahi. Swordfish.

Not cheap ass cod or talapia.

Beef tacos are good but nothing special.

Pork done right is pretty much superior to anything.

I'm a lamb guy myself tho. Gimme a good rack of lamb and ill eat that shit off the bone.

That sounds pretty good. I always miss taco Tuesday events at a bbq place by my house. I really want to try their brisket tacos but some pulled pork or chicken tacos sounds great too

Sounds good. The only tacos I would rather not eat again are ground beef tacos. There are good in a pinch but if you have the time anything is better. arrachera are the best beef tacos if done right
Arrachera (Mexican Skirt Steak for Tacos)
There are so many ways to season them. Garlic and lemon is my favorite.

I’m not a fish person so I can’t say much about them

In the context of tacos, when someone says beef (or steak) instead of carne asada, you know you can safely ignore them

I prefer either flank steak or skirt steak....but you have to properly prepare it first...

You can soak them in milk or buttermilk to soften even further. Grill them no more than medium rare and then cut them against the grain before using it for tacos. Flank is slightly more tender than skirt, but both are tasty.
